Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients with excellent day to day customer service
- Understand customer needs and promote suitable product solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and report market trends to the management team.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Finance Team in required monthly collections and align the customer payments accordingly
Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development (experience in B2B / chemical industry is a plus).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with a growth mindset.

Willingness to travel for client visits.

Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
