Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct R&D projects including new product development, formulation development, testing, SOP creation, and compliance management.
- Ensure all R&D projects are executed efficiently and completed within the defined timelines and deliverables.
- Participate in technical trials, customer visits, and resolve technical issues in both production and customer sites.
- Handle costing, pricing, profitability assessment, BOM finalization, and documentation to support product commercialization.
- Ensure proper documentation, inventory management, safety compliance, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient R&D workspace.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry/Polymer sciences/Material sciences or NDT in polymer science.
- Experience in ink/paint manufacturing companies will be an added advantage
- Willing to develop a career in Research and Development
- Excellent communication, Analytical thinking & interpersonal skills.
